Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. As Mad House Jerky is a food item, we are unable to accept returns once a product has left our premises.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us sort it out quickly, we may ask for photos of the product and packaging. If the issue is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
