From Backyard Beers to a Jerky Empire
Mad House Jerky kicked off the old-school way—just two mates, Tony and his neighbour, having a few beers and knocking up batches of jerky for the fun of it. What started as a bit of a laugh quickly turned into something serious when friends couldn’t get enough of the stuff. Fast forward five years, and that backyard hobby has exploded into a full-blown business with a loyal crew of jerky lovers backing every bite.
